When it comes to brands that have a “face”, we want to always remember what that face stood for, what it meant. When that brand dies, that face can still generate income…if the face and message of that brand remain timeless. Stuck in time. Young forever.
We will always remember James Dean as young and vibrant. Tis why this brand still generates millions of dollars more than 50 years after his death.
Same thing for Marilyn Monroe.
